The Meadowbank Bird Feeder.

This creation was made with the help and creative direction of Meadowbank Primary school students. We chose to work with Meadowbank Primary school as a flow on from assignment one. In doing so, we could gift back something of the same value that they gifted to us through experiencing the Garden to Table initiative. The materials used were gifted by Meadowbank volunteers or found within home recycling bins. 

We began the process by asking the students to draw images of their dream bird feeder design. We then came together to combine their ideas in order to produce the final outcome (as above). The tin cans, plastic containers and wires were painted by the students and the overall design was a combination of their collective ideas.
